Peter Jackson shoots Elijah Woods last scene in the filming of The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy. He filled the reel with take after take as he could not bring himself to end what had been his life for so many years. The crew watch in tears as Peter speaks softly the words “ok cut, check the gate”. He then walked towards Elijah and the two hugged and cried as they accepted it was all over.
